MISSION
The SES PTO exists to (1) complement classroom instruction with incremental resources and volunteer support that enrich the academic experience and foster a love of learning for SES students, and (2) create a community and point of connection between parents & caregivers and SES teachers, staff, & administration.

PROGRAMMING
Goal: Sponsor programming that enriches the academic experience.
Targets:
Literacy amplification fund
Identify opportunities to support STEAM programming
Fund emergent enrichment opportunities
FUNDRAISING
Goal: Recalibrate fundraising strategy.
Targets:
Introduce a large-scale Spring Fundraiser event
Digitize fundraisers
Increase direct donations to the PTO
COMMUNICATIONS
Goal: Launch new communications strategy to support SES community involvement in the PTO.
Targets:
Launch new website (mission accomplished!)
PTO year-in-review survey
Issue regular PTO updates through the Greenletter, PTO website and Room Helper emails to parents
Raise visibility of opportunities to engage/ volunteer with the PTO
